Happy Star Wars Day!
Endgame and Game of Thrones have basically dominated all my thoughts since I watched them last weekend. SUCH EPIC BATTLES between them. I’m very emotional. I definitely cried during Endgame, and I’m still reading through all the fan theories that are posted on EW and Buzzfeed for each of these works. And GoT will continue to wreck us in the coming weeks…
I’ve finally made a plan for posting about our trip abroad so next week, instead of following my normal editorial schedule, I’m posting about the trip every day. Yay!
On the blog this week I discussed my spending for the month of April…
Here’s what caught my eye this week:
1. Sephora VIB Sale! I picked up this Pinapple Vitamin C serum which is so freaking cute!
2. Avenue Q on Broadway! I found out that it is closing this month so we bought rush tickets to see it. Hilarious!
3. This article about women taking back comfort and professional standards is amazing. I love wearing a backpack, but I always feel that it’s not “professional” enough. Glad to see that norms are changing.
4. Started reading Internment* by Samira Ahmed, about a future America where Muslims are put into internment camps. It’s haunting!
